Yousef aka "Pablo"

Yousef is one of our longest standing clients. He has been with us since nobody can remember when and has always been a strong and positive influence on the gym and everyone he trains with.

Since his first workout, Yousef has been hooked on CrossFit and training in general. He has brought more friends by to try it out than all of our other clients combined and has never had a bad thing to say about any of the workouts and charges at every one with his full enthusiasm.

Yousef is also one of the more colorful clients we have, as anyone who has ever done a heavy training session with him can attest to. His approach to self motivation is unparallelled by anyone I have ever known and he has taught me more about goats than the Dicovery Channel ever could ;)

Yousef will be heading to Whistler this summer to compete in the Tough Mudder race. We wish him the best of luck! Keep up the great work man and thanks for everything!

"Crossfit is hard. But "hard" is relative. There are more normal, average, getting in shape people doing Crossfit than there are BEASTS destroying times and moving crazy heavy loads. Those crazy Beasts are what most people want to be one day but the reality is no one starts off as one. I wish we could dispel all the false beliefs that say Crossfit is only for the Elite or the Monster athletes. Crossfit is for those people but its also for grandmothers and grandfathers. Blue collar and white collar workers. Teachers, students, husbands and wives. Crossfit is for you if you want to be healthy and fit. If you want to challenge yourself and see real results. I love when new people walk in the door with the idea that they CAN'T do Crossfit because they haven't worked out in years or ever. I love helping them realize they can do it."
